One & Only: What Could Your Cruise Look Like?
A luxurious and comfortable sailing experience on the sea has two common denominators – our yacht Absolute Navetta 68 One & Only and the Adriatic Sea. This yacht, which is literally packed with modern technologies and offers spacious and top-equipped interiors and exteriors, is itself a guarantee of an unforgettable vacation. The rest will be taken care of by the beauty of Croatia. We invite you on a sample week-long cruise aboard the One & Only!
The One & Only yacht is docked in Seget Donji near Trogir, Croatia, just 10 minutes from Split Airport. And, of course, you can head in any direction – for a week, two, or even more. The flexibility and the ability to plan your vacation exactly according to your wishes are some of the advantages of this beautiful boat.
Sailing on the Adriatic Sea in Croatia is already a fantastic experience thanks to the beautiful islands, clear sea, and picturesque historic towns. To make your decision easier, we have prepared a sample itinerary for a week-long cruise that includes the most beautiful places at sea and on land.
So, where to sail with the One & Only?
Day 1: Seget Donji – Hvar
While the professional crew prepares the boat for departure, we recommend a trip from Seget Donji to Trogir. This town is like a small museum of Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, or Venetian monuments. Its historic center is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a reason. You can also visit the historic Čipiko Palace here.
From Seget Donji, we recommend sailing to the island of Hvar. The town of the same name is famous for its vibrant nightlife, culture, historic architecture, and beautiful views. Many consider it the entertainment hub of the entire Croatian coast!
Day 2: Hvar – Vis
For the second day, we have selected the island of Vis for you. In our opinion, it is a "must-have" of sailing in Croatian waters, which is why we have dedicated a separate article to it on our blog titled Beautiful Beaches, Tranquility, and Great Wine? Exactly What Croatian Vis Offers.
If we had to pick three highlights of the island, it would definitely be a midday stop at one of Vis's most beautiful beaches, Stiniva Beach. This would be followed by a visit to the Blue Cave on the island of Biševo near Vis. And finally, we recommend spending the night in one of Vis's quiet bays or in the main town of Vis.
Day 3: Vis – Korčula
Definitely don’t miss a tour of the old town of Korčula, where you can wander the stone streets for hours! The historic part of the town is surrounded by ancient walls, which is why it is often called "Little Dubrovnik." Here, you can visit, for example, the birthplace of Marco Polo. The island of Korčula is also famous for its local wineries, so we recommend a wine tasting at the local wine shops!
Day 4: Korčula – Mljet
Mljet is the green pearl of Croatia. The island attracts mainly with its lush vegetation, national park with beautiful forests and lakes, and gorgeous beaches. From beach activities, we recommend relaxing on Saplunara Beach or swimming in the clear sea. In the national park itself, do not miss a visit to the beautiful saltwater lakes Veliko and Malo Jezero and the monastery on the island in Veliko Jezero.
Day 5: Mljet – Dubrovnik
This photogenic Dalmatian city is famous mainly for its massive walls that surround the historic center, complemented by 15 towers and a number of fortresses. Walking along the ancient walls offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic. In the narrow streets of Dubrovnik, filled with orange and lemon trees, you will find not only numerous landmarks but also plenty of great restaurants and boutiques.
Day 6: Dubrovnik – Elaphite Islands (Lopud, Šipan)
You can break up relaxation on the boat in one of the picturesque bays with swimming on one of the many beaches on the islands, such as Šunj Beach on Lopud. Alternatively, rent a bike and explore the island of Šipan. You can end the day with dinner at one of the excellent local taverns.
Day 7: Elaphite Islands – Seget Donji
On the way back to Seget Donji, you can stop for one last swim combined with a visit to one of the picturesque towns on Hvar. Your cruise will culminate with a return to the Baotić marina. You can spend the last evening with a dinner on land or take a small trip around the area.
In this itinerary, we have tried to mix history, culture, natural beauty, and places for relaxation in a balanced way. However, the beautiful Croatian coast offers much more! If you are a wine lover, consider visiting local wineries on Hvar or Vis. In the local restaurants, you can taste Dalmatian specialties such as fresh fish, seafood, prosciutto, or Dalmatian pašticada.
And if you like water sports, you can plan kayaking or paddle boarding trips or diving at various locations during the cruise. After all, the One & Only yacht is perfectly equipped for water sports!
